Kickass Soundtrack and a card based bullet heaven. Its rather unique but its one HELL of a good time.

I have been playing DF for years on and off and watching/listening to playthroughs for even longer. This was a instant buy from me even though i have donated in the past. Strike The Earth! !!FUN!!

I was a kickstarter backer for this game and i was heavily invested in following the progress of the game, However the lack of progress even if the Dev had "streams" and "videos" on youtube showing "progress" there has been no progress and if I remember correctly the dev outright stated that he used most of the funds for his own wedding instead of on the game like he had promised he would.

The game is unfinished and you cannot complete the game. The content that is there is decent but its not a complete experience. I do not recommend anyone get the game as you are basically paying someone that has no intention to continue working on the game. Its sad... this game had potential but it was squandered by a shortsighted dev.

Dont let my small number of hours fool you... i have been playing Factorio on and off since 2014. Do i recommend this game... yes with one caveat be prepared to realise several hours have passed. When i first got Factorio i played several hours and realised then that i pulled an allnighter.... and then another one the next day. Now this game is not for everyone, building and optimising and expanding... and optimising and DIE BITERS DIE... and expanding again. Oh sorry what was i saying... oh right this game is not for everyone, if you struggle to self realise and create goals for yourself to beat and make a new goal after you will struggle in this game. For casual players this game will probably turn you off as well as this game demands your time... though not at first. You start simple, with few resources and a simple goal. Launch the rocket. Great, simple goals. You start off, you expand, you automate. Simple right.... well yes thats how you get drawn in. Simple tasks, expand your iron line, build a new copper line, more power, oh the natives are a bit miffed at you.... expand. Its the simple tasks that draw you in, and then you find out you just spend 6 hours in the game and your now fantasising about what to add next, how to optimise this line, how to make your trains more efficient..... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ another tangent. I have not even played for a few months and im already designing a new base in my mind.

To make a long story much shorter and without too much issue.
TL:DR Do i recommend Factorio? Yes. Will you enjoy this game....? Thats up to you. Will you lose days of time playing Factorio? Most probably, Is this game worth buying? Play the demo first then decide on your own. Personally i already lost days of my life to this. Do you ask why i have only 30 hours on steam? I redeemed my steam key when it first appeared on steam.... but i kept using the Factorio Launcher instead. Did i just make the TL:DR too long... maybe....

Anyways yes i recommend this game, but again your mileage will vary, it all depends on ones state of mind. Welp time to start another factory as writing this review trigger my itch.... time to dive back in.

Stop killing my damn minions!

This game is a blast to play, while seemingly simple in design as you progress more and more elements of the game reveal themselves to you. You will often times be saying the same phrase that starts this review as you play through this game. This game is boatloads of fun and you will be cursing the heroes as they fell another one of your minions.... A fun time-waster that you can pickup and play for a spell.

After putting 10 hours into this, enough to complete the campaign i can easily recommend this game. It may not be for some as i would say this game does have seizure inducing visuals especially since there is quite a bit of massive battles. The controls are a bit convoluted but my recommendation is that you put your frequent use items in slots 1-5 as the game progresses.

There is also MANY references to other media in the game, as such examples as a powerup called you become death, which is a reference to the detonation of the first atom bomb, A whole mission dedicated to The Pirate bay. and there are others in the game. This is underrated at best.

Some of my gripes is the encounter system. even if your in friendly territory you may become a target to a few different enemies that jump in and may have massive fleets in which you Will have to jump out if your not of a sufficient level and have weapons that are weak. The crafting system is a little lack lustre and resource gathering is a pain as well. But thats the most i can say.

Otherwise this game has flaws that may turn people off which is a given but if you like loot, space and have enough patience to learn the controls you may enjoy it or you may not. But i do recommend trying it. 5dollars is more than enough for this.
