Does not shirk duties, but always instigates and encourages load-sharing with other members of the team, resulting in strong group output. Consistently plans and monitors the work of team-members. Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. TimeIsNothing copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes.
