Basically, when I looted a cool pair of heart shaped underwear only to reveal the zombie was wearing a backup pair of tidy whities underneath, it irked me to no end so I autistically made my own reskin instead of just ignoring it since I would never see it anyways since I'm always wearing armor:Miller:

Originally it was just going to be a face reskin, but the underwear thing really bugged the ♥♥♥♥ out of me so I just full sent it.

Lots of clothing mods add extra underwear types like banana hammocks, but the default texture's tidy whities would stick out from underneath. Like underwear is already in the vanilla game, and spawns on like 99% of the zombies, so it doesn't make sense why it's also part of the model's texture. Of course the vanilla underwear just takes up the same space as the model's texture to account for this, but not all mods do. The solution was a nudie mod, but most of the existing nudie mods just didn't appeal to me, felt like they were playing up the sex appeal. I wanted something more... sterile I guess, so I made my own reskin that features only some shading rather than oiling up the newly exposed areas.

got taken down for violating community rules. My guess is that putting the texture in the thumbnail was too far, since that's the only difference I found between my mods and others that do the same thing.
