First off this game runs fine on Ubuntu 24.04 with no changes required, just install and launch. Additionally, controller support works well and the game is completely playable except for one area where you fill out your name. I would expect this to run great on a Steam Deck and the developers should look into getting that tag for greater visibility imo.

As for the game, it slowly ramps up in complexity and its an enjoyable game with small interesting mechanics. I just want to say at the time of writing this the "Dose Wheel" works completely fine. It's meant to have ambiguity and with logic you can narrow it down to a range. Sometimes you may get the perfect dose other times you may be off by 1-2 or more depending on the given "clue". I don't know if it was broken in the past, but I've read a few reviews stating it was broken and in my opinion the real problem lies between the chair and the keyboard.

The game is a silly mix of horror and humor in a style similar to paper's please, if that interests you I would give it a try.

Pretty fun game all around, but I would wait for a sale like now. It's primarily a walking simulator, but different levels will implement a rough stealth mechanic. As other mentioned the RPG mechanics are essentially useless and your choices barely do anything. However, the atmosphere is what is important in a lovecraftian game and they do that great.

Game runs fine through Proton on Ubuntu with no changes. So I'd say disregard the negative reviews about it not working on modern systems. Outside that this is a nostalgia trip for me so its good in my eyes.

After further playing the closest thing I had to a crash was during loading screens sometimes after 2-3 seconds I get a "game stopped responding popup". Each time I just clicked wait and the game resumed within the second. I have to put it on my Steam Deck still, but this seems like it would be a great game for it.

It's a solid MMO, which can be played as a solo rpg similar to the old SWKOTOR games. All in all it's a great game to hop in and relax even in 2026. Also DX12 is rumored to be coming soon, so it should be a safe assumption there are years left in it's life span. Combat is old school tab target action bars, but the stories and dialogue options are fantastic. My favorite option was putting a slave collar on an Alderan nobel so far.

Absolute classic, and it still holds to this day, although the combat is dated. Dialog and the other RPG aspects easily make up for it. Story is kinda mid, and I preferred the first SWKOTOR there, but it builds on the universe well. I don't know of another Star Wars game where I can force persuade a group of bounty hunters to jump off a ledge, so yeah its fun.

Honestly, I did not enjoy this game and I never finished it. Personally, I would say play the old Knights of the old Republic games if you want a Star Wars game. Hell even the Lego games are more enjoyable. It's not that it's BAD, it just feels manufactured and its lacking charm. You also need an online account for an offline game, and you are signing away rights with the privacy policy. So you do you, but get it heavily on sale at a minimum.

First session and it's really something unique. I'd pay the price of the game just to listen to the music. 10/10

Feels like a pleasant mix of fallout, rimworld, and OSRS. The holy faction is a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but the game is really enjoyable from a RPG perspective and RTS perspective. Dying is both harder and easier then you expect, but once you start taking risks the game shines.

I got to play Hitler as a child, 10/10.
