It is a live service game with microtransactions, not exactly pay to win but it's on that level.

Other than that, it's actually really good

Honestly worth it just for the co op, I wonder why they never put that in any of the other games?

It alright.

So bad they had to change its name from "Pixel Survival Craft Game" to "Pixel Z - Gun Day" so that they could fool people into buying it if they had known it by a different name.

I remember when it was called "Uncrowded."

EDIT: I just found out that the Dev has another game titled "Pixel Day - Gun Z" (Sound familiar?) Which is exactly the same game in order to con more people.

I played this game back when it was just a game jam project and loved it, I played it in the browser and the standalone demo version. I bought the game in mid 2015 because I thought that it had a lot of potential and I wanted to give some money back to the devs.

That was a mistake.

This game has one unique game mode, the Guards and Thieves game mode, in which the thieves must steal an item from the guards, there are several items and the guards don't know which specific item the thieves are after and must defend them all equally.

This is the only mode worth playing.

Every other mode in the game is just a poor attempt to attract mainstream attention for this game, it hasn't worked, but the devs continue to try and make these modes viable, even though that will never happen.

I am done with this game, I wanted to try and get back into it but when everyone is playing the god awful TDM, Zombie and IG modes, what is the point?

Also there are several features that the devs straight up lied about. This game was supposed to have a singleplayer, there was a button for it on the old menu marked "coming soon", but that doesn't exist anymore so I guess they just lied about it. Also Co Op was a promised feature that we've heard nothing of for years, instead the devs have focused on adding weapon and character skins to try and get some of that Counter Strike and TF2 community - this ♥♥♥♥ just makes this game look like an ever bigger rip off of those games now.

So instead of trying to carve out a unique identity for this game, the devs instead proceeded to chase mainstream attention and lose basically all of their original fans in favour of people willing to eat up below average gameplay and horrible business practices.

It speaks for itself that, while this game has literally died, the original still lives on.
