This game is such an embarrassment.

***SPOILERS AHEAD***




It fails to let you know that how you play is measured and your actions have consequences, expecting kindness in a game that repeatedly beats Artyom & crew down. The cannibals, slavers and bandits are one thing, but after all that, expecting me to not kill some forest rats because they aren't actually bad makes no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense. The sense of isolation got bigger in this game, and yet you're expected to show kindness after the events of the last two games. I feel that the writers of this game are tone-deaf to what the last two games set up.

Considering that Artyom was initially depicted as a "brutish thug" in the first book, this is a far cry of what I thought Metro to be by the 3rd game.

Overall, do not recommend. Just download and play Stalker again.

I came into this game expecting something similar to Cyberpunk, something to keep myself occupied with until it comes out.

What I actually found was a wonderful world, brimming with character and soul.

I tend not to talk about the story too much, but more or less you are a delivery driver for an underground delivery service.

A 10/10 comfy simulator. Would recommend.

This game truly is timeless. The Visuals, The gameplay loop, The sound, everything about this game holds up in 2020. My only gripe is that the team updating the game is very small. The game is effectively in maintenance mode. So much fun with friends. Play this!!!
