Comfy, immersive game with interesting bird people, cool secrets and a dreamy soundtrack. Short and sweet, with an intriguing mystery!

A very abstract and immersive game that gets compared to Journey quite a lot, but I think it's a surface level similarity. While Journey is also a quiet, enigmatic experience, I feel like that game is very frictionless while here you may find the controls and camera slightly frustrating and apparently a lot of people have trouble with where to go or what to do.

Personally I had a blast with the game, I think it was very evocative and explores some very interesting themes and culminates in a poignant ending with a lot to say.

Cosmic dread, awe, euphoria: an exploration game spanning the entire spectrum of human emotion.

I don't think I have played that made me feel all these things. One moment it's terrifying, the next awe-inspiring, or incredibly haunting or sad. Each place to explore offers a different challenge and theme, and each is unique in its own right.

The exploration feels very satisfying, the puzzles are mind-bending, the spaceship controls are super fun. If you like knowledge puzzles and exploration, this game is for you.

Really cool dungeon crawler with a surprising amount of voiceover, characters reacting to things happening. Lots of flexibility and some problems have multiple, creative solutions. The craziest thing is that on top of a topic list you can pick from, you can actually freely type and NPC's will react to a shocking amount of keywords (the barmaid will throw you out if you type "boobs"). Big!

What an insane game. It's so immersive that it stays with you even when you're not playing it. Tense, sometimes stressful but very rewarding and beautiful. Years after finishing it I still listen to its OST almost daily and it still brings me to tears. A very transformative experience!

Really good exploration focused game with a unique mapping system and movement. Super immersive, very tense at times with the occasional calm and beautiful moments.

Amazing mind-bending puzzles and a wonderful knowledge puzzle game.
Had a few insane mind-blowing moments, wow. This game is definitely staying with me for years to come.

A bit obtuse and lacking in UX but well worth the effort! (I also created a guide with hints for those who get stuck. Dig in!)

Very unique setting, some of the best writing I have ever seen in games and allows me to play a double-crossing master of disguise who just talks everything out and never has to fight. Excited to replay as a soldier, and update this review.

A huge demo with lots of insane moments. Great writing. Funny and bizarre, with a pitiful protagonist that you can't stop wanting to get to know more. Excited for the final release.

Lorn's Lure is a very atmospheric, tight and oppressive climbing game that makes you feel incredibly tiny.

This is one of those games that makes you want to check behind every nook and cranny, just to see what's there; the exploration itself is the reward.

The balancing of the game is insanely tight, you can almost always tell whether you're onto something or not by missing reaching your target by millimetres.

The breakups really surprised me; each level is not only a different biome, many also give you a new mechanic, challenge or environmental elements and hazards that keep things fresh.

I'm particularly bad at platforming, but found that the checkpoints were mostly generous. For the few extremely difficult sections, you can also enable "Explore Mode" that makes them way more doable and the game features a completely different challenge at the end depending on whether you have "Explore Mode" enabled or not. I should add however, that turning on Explore Mode mid-level is not advised!

I recommend this game if you like platforming, climbing, interesting movement mechanics in games, exploration, mega/omnistructures, oppressive atmospheres, existentialism, speedrunning or any combination thereof!
