*Rereview now that I have fully completed this game.

I came here for the rabbit girls.

It's a fun game to play with friends or solo. It is incredibly challenging, but most of the time, fair. The more you play, the more you understand the game. And if you know the game well, you can play well.

It's a very replayable game. I'm not the type of person to usually play bullet hells, roguelikes, or raiding games, but this game has grown my interest in all of these. It is an interesting mix of these genres and subverted my expectations. Rabbit&Steel adjusts its battles according to how many players there are. The multi versions of the fights play more like a raid and the solo versions play more like a bullet hell. I enjoy playing both versions as a challenge.

The community in this game is very friendly. If you don't know people willing to play the game on the hardest difficulty, Lunar, with you, it isn't that hard to find people. The game links a Discord, which you can find parties in. The game also has a decent fanart scene (shoutout to all the artists). I've been very active in this community and can say it has been (and will continue to be) a very fun experience. The developer is also very friendly. Thank you all :)

Rabbit&Steel has 4 different difficulties that cover a wide range. Even if you've never played any game like this, or just want a fun game to play casually with your friends, you can play on the easier difficulties without much stress.

This game is pretty difficult if you want it to be. When I was first progging solo Lunar, I realized I wouldn't be able to unlock everything unless I found a group of people willing to join me. (unlockable spoiler) ||The Moonlight Floof Ball requires you to beat Lunar without getting hit.|| This challenge sounded impossible to me starting out, but I was able to get it in a reasonable amount of time.
Even getting all the Steam achievements, there were more challenges available. The community (including me) have developed mods which add gimmicks or restrictions to make the gameplay interesting or the game even more difficult.
