definition of friend slop with a lot of dumb issues like visual gaps in the geometry and easily clipping through walls, you can tell it was put together as a money printer, still fun though but damn.

also its four player despite having six seats in the van, kinda stupid, espescially since somehow the latest update broke all forms of multiplayer mods/plugins so it crashes your game after a little while no matter what

I'll recommend it since it is actually pretty fun with the right people, but it is very much the definition of friend slop.

Oh So Hero (Act 1) was pretty fun. It is a bit short, but it still has a lot of animations which are all very well made and nice. I do also find it really funny how one of the first sex scenes you'll get is straight sex, but then every other sex scene in the game is gay sex.. lmao.

The story seems a bit unfinished for the current act, so it's hard to comment on that, but overall it was a good time, I didnt feel like I got lost much either except at one point, and the combat system is fairly straight forward, though I do wish more moves consumed SP, the buttslam is super OP to spam and would make sense for it to cost SP.

Aside from all that, I encountered a few issues, initially when starting the game, I got stuck on the loading screen. I didnt know what was wrong and tried restarting but nothing, turns out if I deleted the safe file and then made a new one it just suddenly worked. Then theres a few visual bugs here and there (even on max graphics), infact when I rewatched the ending scene after beating the game, both Joe and Bates were invisible until that anime-like cutscene. Speaking of the end scene, when I first beat it, the nameplate was stuck on Joe, so even when Bates was speaking it said Joe was, which was very confusing to understand. But it was fine on the re-watch. Gameplay wise there wasnt many bugs that were infuriating, although occasionally if you are having sex with a "dead" foe, but get surprised by a nearby alive foe, you'll get stuck in a sex scene you cannot mash out of, no matter your LUST level, luckily it doesnt seem to drain HP, but it can be a bit annoying (Though I suppose the ultra gooners can just take that as another moment to appreciate the art haha).

Now will I recommend this game? Yes, if you are into gay furry games, I'd say give it a go. Despite its few issues, its fun, and was a nice experience. The game is also fairly cheap, but as of Act 1, it is only about 2-3 hours in length for a casual playthrough, so up to you if you find $10 too much or not for a 3 hour game.

Can't wait to see what they have to offer in Act 2, and until then I suppose I'll try to get the rest of the achievements!

I love witnessing my friends get dragged into hell right in front of my eyes. Anything for the company.

A very unique rogue-like experience. Definitely worth a shot (no pun intended) if you like games like Binding of Isaac.

Also very fun to play with friends :)

The story is quite amazing and the lewds are amazing. Linda best grill FTW.
Btw it would've been funny if there was a secret furry mode where the protag (you) gets so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ confused on whats going on.

Devs screwed up really badly and removed mods that actually made the game better and fixed bugs that literally improved stuff that the devs didnt wanna program themselves, yadda yadda.

Still the base game in itself is still fun to play with friends from time to time, it's the devs that suck. However there are better alternatives these days so you can always look for another game just like vrchat.

I beat Insane Mode pretty fast but man, this game is so inconsistant with difficulty. For example, 8-4 in Insane Mode took me around an hour to beat or so, but 8-5 I literally first tried, no practice btw.

Also all chapters until chapter 7 are pretty dang easy, also the levels which you have to do "twice" are so annoying in insane lmao. But yeah, great game, and you can play the story together with a friend, too.

Underhero is a very nice and fun game to play with a wonderful soundtrack, art design, comedic dialogue, combat system and much much more.

Combat: 8/10 (Can be slow at times, but fun and interesting too!)
Difficulty: 6/10 (Not too hard, not too easy)
Dialogue: 9/10 (Very entertaining and good jokes)
Art: 9/10 (I love this kind of art and animation work!!)
Music: 10/10 (I have only listened to Underhero ost the last few days.. it's too good!)
Replayability: 7/10 (It's okay for replaying, cause it's not too long, and it's fun!)
Post-Game: 3/10 (It doesn't really have one. You can try to find stuff you missed or listen to music)


The main game is about 10-14 hours long if you talk with everyone and read, (as it's quite a lot faster by just skipping all the text..), if you are a completionist it can range up to 18 hours or more.

Underhero also takes inspiration from several other games, but uses that inspiration for similar/new types of the same gimmick, which I like. And as mentioned, the dialogue is just great. From start to end, the dialogue is always interesting and funny. (The devs knew what they were doing...)

There's not a lot of bugs which is very good, the ones that exist are either very minor bugs or in some rare cases softlocks. Also, there is one required minigame which has very iffy controller performance, which makes it a lot easier to just do on keyboard (This minigame also has a hidden achievement, which is permanently missed if you continue playing after beating the minigame and not meeting the required score, which is quite annoying for completion. This means you may need to play the game over again to get back to that point if you saved/reached a checkpoint before knowing.)

One last thing I find annoying in some games, but it's very understandable, is that this game only has input display for Keyboard and XBOX Controller, so if you're using any other controller like me (PS4) then you might get confused when the game tells you to press X and it's actually □. Underhero does have a PS4 release, so why not include it in the PC version?
