Guilty Gear Strive is not the best Guilty Gear. That title goes to Plus R, which is on Steam if you want to get it. That being said, Strive is an incredibly fun experience that's easy for new players to pick up, and has hours upon hours of tech to learn for older players. Its soundtrack can only be rivaled by other Guilty Gear games, and its art direction is nothing short of breathtaking, and gets more impressive every time a new character drops.

This is a great game, that is still surprisingly active. Definitely worth the purchase, even if it comes with EA bloatware.

I love this game, I really do, but the online is so god awful I cannot recommend this to anyone who is not looking into actively participating in the competitive scene. Please add rollback CC2.

It's good if you like arkham games, but it's an absolutely terrible entry point, and feels like crap to play compared to the others in the series.

An excellent game in an excellent series, I would recommend it for any new player's starting point, as it is kinda a mix of old shantae and new shantae

Dead by Daylight, at it's core, is a good game. Do I recommend it? No. Between the frequent issues that seem to crop up with every single update, as well as a very clear pay to win model, it is a very frustrating game to get in to. Especially for new players who have to pay upwards of 100 dollars for every character. Now, what BHVR should do to fix this is release original killers as free updates, and reduce the price of licensed characters, especially seeing as how the licensed characters could be removed at any time as seen with Stranger Things. Either that, or put the original characters on the Battle Pass. And of course there's the problems that come from being a multiplayer game, but the toxicity seems to be especially bad in this game. In conclusion, Dead by Daylight is a game I desperately wish was as great as it promises, but it unfortunately is not. Play with caution.
