Fun game.

Amazing game to play solo or with friends. Plenty of potential for future updates. Can't wait to see where this game goes. If I hadn't gotten this as a gift I would have bought it myself. 10/10

Good fighting game for beginners, would recommend for those looking to get started in the FGC.

"Well... After playing DmC: Devil May Cry I have to say. This. Game. SUCKS.
After playing through this game many times collecting all achievements I can thoroughly say I did not enjoy this game.
The first couple of playthroughs were kind of fun, but after running through the game twice it became torture. I'm disappointed I spent 48 hours of my life on this game, it doesn't deserve half the time I gave it.
I absolutely hate the designs of Dante and Vergil. Dante's design makes him look like Jacob from Twilight and Vergil looks like Edward, and that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fedora Vergil wears. Who thought that was a good idea? What were they thinking?
Alright, alright, though I speak very negatively about it, it does have three redeeming quality. The way you switch between which weapons are used is quite fun. (I have not played any other DMC game besides 1 and 3 so I'm not sure if its the same in other games) Holding the triggers allows you to use either angel or devil weapons, this makes it quite fun to combo enemies. It's also nice to have all your weapons available to you with the tap of the d-pad. Being able to acquire skills without spending blood points is also a very nice feature it allows me to save up for more devil trigger and health much easier. But of course with every good thing there's about 12 bad things. The stinger, an iconic move of the DMC series is ruined in this game due to the input required. I don't think I used the stinger once in the whole game. You have to input forward, forward, Y. The reason being is this game has no lock on feature, again, what were they thinking?"
VERGIL

"The Vergil dlc was short, 6 levels to be exact, so my suffering was short lived in that regard. Despite that though it was still hell, many times during the dlc I noticed that when attempting a High Time where Vergil jumps with the enemy, he would slash the ground for a second then stop leaving me standing there not knowing what happened. This lead to me getting hit many times and ruining my combo. I'm not sure if this is a bug with the geometry of the ground or with Vergil himself either way its very frustrating when it happens. (This happened with Dante as well but is more noticeable in the Vergil dlc.)
Like all the DMC games the Vergil dlc is the best part of the whole game. It's got the least amount of terrible qualities and it's pretty fun to run through multiple times."

"In conclusion just play the Vergil side of DmC: Devil May Cry and don't use High Time. I give this game a 5 out of 10."
