better then d2, more engaging then most, and once you complete your grind, the payout is worth, not to mention that the market is completely community driven, AND every item is obtainable in the game WITHOUT real money (*except cosmetics*) i would deffinitely play with friends, solo can get kinda boreing after a while but over all a good game with one of the best communities ive seen in any multiplayer game becides DRG.

if your squad is in any of the 3 free roam areas and you want/need to leave maek sure you leave squad first so that you dont pull the rest of your squad with you or cause a host migration, reseting the area

as a die hard monster hunter fan, ive come to realize that this game is INCREADABLY FUN, dont get me wrong trying to figure the game out at first was a chore, new monsters a nightmare to hunt at first, but the added effect of them actualy acting like real creatures blows my mind to this day and with iceborn arround the corner, i cant wait to see everything new and old remade and come to live in this game. now on to my first statement...

-monsters tend to have a set patteren, not an issue as most animals in the real world do so as well, so it makes it a bit fun with the help of the scoutflys to track a big 'ol beasty.

-maps a BEAUTIFUL with a diverse ecosystem rangeing from the lush tree tops of the anchient forest to the necrotic bonepits of the Rotten Vale (witch so happens to be a giant rotting corpse of an elder dragon called a Shaa Dalamadurr, a GIGANTIC snake like creature that feeds off of the life force of things arround it) all excentic with hues of reds greens and yellows

-new content is always awsome to see! the whole raid idea is amazeing! the fact that we get to chase down a giant golden goat in some subteranian cavern to drive her off AND GET POWERED UP GOLDEN WEAPONS FROM HER, is fantastic!

-my only issue is that there was no g rank, for thouse out there who dont know rnaking for monsters you hunt go from low, to high then to your Elder dragons and then you have G rank, imagine getting one shot by like the most basic monster (exagerating but you get the idea yah?) G rank is designed to chew you up and spit you out. worlds did not have this at launch but im hopeing that iceborn will bring that to the table for us seasioned hunters...

-conclusion- buy the game, you wont regret it

-edit- game now has master rank, finnished the story and can officaly say after getting slapped arround for a while that THIS WAS WELL WORTH $120 when it first came out high action from new and old monsters, new weapons and armors and such make this well worth your time and money...

i can deffenitly say this is one of my favorite games to date a friend bought it for me so we could have fun, and i quote "YEETING ZOMBIES ACCROSS THE MAP" so yah i was down, not knowing that this game is actualy really fun in retrospec

some of the charecters are... mildly inresting, allbeit sam was the best i went with xian, miss slice you ass up ass i called her.

but lets get back to the point, buy the game and play it its fun and verry satisfying to play especiualy with friends,
