The best way to describe it is a auto battler slay the spire. Honestly i think it's a formula that works well, more additions to it will only make it stronger

Game was incredible, went into it knowing it was a sad game but it still got me good. Everything just worked really well here, musically and story wise. It's wild how nostalgic things can feel when they aren't about you or people you know and this game nails it.

I'd say I enjoyed my time with this, iv'e been liking auto battlers more and more and really wasn't expecting to find one that would have a real story. The combat is very simple, not in a bad way. The cast of characters is diverse though i found my self not really using all of them until the very end when i was just spamming quests trying to find the last few characters I needed to fill in the blanks. being able to manually turn down the scaling is a great addition I got to the highest difficulty, but the enemies were just outrageously tanky to the point that it was starting to not be as fun. I also noticed that end game wise, there was so much stuff in my consumables that it was starting to lag the whole game anytime I needed to gear up for a mission to the point of crashing a few times, so stacking would probably be a good fix for that. I really wish either the ancient gear or maybe like another rarity was available for gear that actually gave a unique perk to the unit or gave it a +1 to its ability, or cast its ability twice for and even more so some sort of scaling thing. Like i love in these kinds of game to have an item that gives attack speed for every hit, that ♥♥♥♥ is so fun. Overall good first game developers!

I'd say overall its a bit of an L DLC, like i don't mind the skins or the character but maybe it would be way less disappointing if thats all it was, like i would be down to just pay 10$ for the skins and a new character thats fine. When i saw DLC coming out for this game i was pretty hype was expecting it to add a decent amount of content and give me even just a third of the hours i spent in the base game which I enjoyed heavily. It is not what you are hoping for, it hardly gives you a reason to come back unfortunately.

I'd say there is a lot to talk about in this game, with the gunplay not being very good, there is just way to many enemies thrown at you at certain points for like no reason other then to just make you die and have to do it over leading to both people getting frustrated. Likewise some of the puzzles are very hard to even figure out where the puzzle is, there is some clever parts but it gets bogged down by running back and forth trying to figure out what you are missing half the time. I think a game like this is great to enter the co-op experience and I hope the devs are able to learn from this and make even better titles. I think its worth a run if you are looking for it, just beware that you might get mad at points.

Course i loved this game, not much reason to repeat what everyone else says. Though i will say that i find the negative reviews for this game so hilarious, really shows how many people have been swallowed whole by husks known as "quality games". I've seen multiple people begging for arrows and the like pointing to objectives, Why do you want the game to play itself for you? If you want that go play destiny, this is a story game. Read the story and you will know where to go.

Absolutely revolting that you would hide tech trees behind pay walls. 40$ for all of them and the campaign. Have you seen your game it straight up looks graphically like Age Of Mythology and i would prefer Age Of Mythology's graphics. You are straight up out of your mind thinking you can ask that much for such little content.
