Bossilupa

Lupahakemus toimitetaan poliisilaitokselle. Hakemus voidaan panna vireille sähköisesti. Hakijan tai yhteisön tai säätiön asevastaavan tulee kuitenkin pyynnöstä saapua henkilökohtaisesti poliisilaitokselle. Erityisestä syystä hakemuksen voi jättää myös Suomen ulkomaan edustustoon.

Hakijan, jolla ei ole kotikuntaa Suomessa, on esitettävä asuinmaansa viranomaisen antama suostumus hakemuksessa tarkoitetun ampuma-aseen, tehokkaan ilma-aseen ja aseen osan hankkimiseen.
