I got a false ban for cheating after devoting months to this game. The support staff are useless simply there to be targets of your anger as they have outsourced their moderation department. They tell you nothing about what they are actually accusing you of yet "allow" you to offer proof to dispute the ban. Even if they reverse this false ban like they have done countless others in the game, there is no way I could recommend anyone play it. The game takes a lot of grinding and to have it snatched away by an unprofessional moderation team is rediculous.

The Best Total War game since Shogun II. Definitely worth full price
