Insane matchmaking, everyone is at least double my level. I have no chance. Im lvl 30 going against lvl 170's.

solid game but fyi it left 50gb of files on my pc after uninstall, only found later with windirstat

combat system is nothing, you can attack and you have some weird abilities. theres no dodging, blocking. youre so painfully slow. it makes no sense.

fps is locked at 60. Not acceptable for a game launched in 2020. You'd think something physics based would know better.

Fun for casuals only. irl I bowl at a speed of 13ish mph, in this game there is no way to get my character to throw less than 20 mph. There is no way for me to bowl realistically when my character has the strength of an olympic athlete.

Looks amazing, fantastic locations with lots of freestyle fun to be had. Only downsides are racing feels genuinely awful, the drones struggle to stay off the ground. The drones are very weak as another reviewr put it, and the customization options are really limited. Right not at its decent price I still think its worth it just for freestyle because the maps are very impressive. And hopefully the weak drone issues will be fixed soon.

unplayable as an adult. these kids are too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fast.

2024 update: I'm not normally so alarmist, but... Weird social hub update? party non fps game related modes?? Free to play update??? No news on extraction mode? Somethings going wrong and I'm guessing this game is trying to cling onto life.

kinda mid. looks great obviously. runs suprisingly well given the graphics. gameplay is whatever, its repeated "go here, shoot people" without much nuance. enemies are bullet sponges and your health AND ammo is oddly low, which leads to a lot of sitting in cover simply waiting for hp / energy, and lots of scrounging around for ammo from corpses. also weapons are annoyingly innacurate. you have some active camo thing but the second you kill anyone even with a suppressor youre instantly detected making stealth not really an option which is pretty frustrating. So the gameplay will boil down to just go here, kill this group of enemies, over and over. there is a story thats kinda unique but not really interesting enough to make up for how boring the gameplay is. overall its fun enough considering you can get it cheap as hell due to constant sales but apparently the hype was only ever the graphics because theres nothing notable in the gameplay.

Despite the obvious comparison to battlefield and maybe call of duty, it is much more Milsim adjacent. Game is a lot better when you go in understanding that. It is a lot of slowly pushing to objectives under heavy fire. It's not as glamorous as a game like cod where you're constantly getting kills in little gunfights, and you always wanna be near teammates. Definitely recommend, just be aware of what you're getting.

edit 1/11/25: devs abandoned the game, cheating is out of control, no reason to buy this game anymore. very sad tbh.
