Who needs disasters built in when you create them yourselves? Oh no, why are all my Citizens dying? Well all these water pumps you have installed have changed the flow of the river, and waste water that was once downstream is now being dispersed to all of your Citizens! Yay! And guess what, your terribly planned roads and poorly distributed deathcare are only compounding the situation? Oh look, you've killed 30,000+ Citizens with your poor planning, fantastic!

Also, just go look at all the player created content for this game - dare ya.
