Maybe he feels alone and just wants you to accept his implicit offer of eating sandwiches with him. He had seen you before but he's too shy to talk to you. You haven't seen him on your street cause he's maybe and just maybe not human and he's either a product from your mind or a pocket dimension. He could be your neighbor withoout you noticing it. He doesn't walk to your house, your house walks to him. The question is, why does your house do that?

This man has a habit of standing outside my window and eating a chicken parmesian sandwich. My window overlooks the backyard.
How did he get there?
Where does he constantly get the sandwiches from?
I don't have the ingredients for that kind of sandwich so where does he get them from?
it's not my neighbor, nor have i seen him on my street.
does he make the sandwiches at home and walk to my house from wherever he lives?
why does he do that?

I don't trust this person, he secretly goes out at night and goes into quiet dark buildings.... Should you trust him? I would say no.
