Wait, people actually like this game? IMO, it's nothing but a crappy shooter with poor visibility and an even poorer tutorial. I never felt like I understood what I was doing, and it felt like a far cry from what people often describe as "making you feel absolutely unstoppable".

I felt like I was just going through the motions in a game I didn't understand hoping that it would all come together soon.

That being said: this game is very likely a good game. But it's not the kind of game that makes me feel like a badass alien slayer -- just one that makes me feel absolutely ♥♥♥♥ at videogames because I couldn't understand it on the lowest difficulty level.

If you're willing to put in the time to understand the mechanics, I'd bet this game would be a ton of fun. I'm just not in that position right now.

I've had this game, for many, many years. I have to say almost any game with Linux support is a thumbs up from me!

This game is pretty meh. But then I put on my Index and tried it in VR. The VR support of this game is WAY better than I thought it would be. It's super fun to play with your friends in VR.

I'm leaving a negative review not because I didn't enjoy this game -- because I did. In fact, I liked it a lot. I'm leaving a negative review for not having multiple game "slots". I've seen this trend recently and it makes me so disproportionately angry. Because of this, I had to ♥♥♥♥ about with the save files to show my family the game from the beginning. I ended up losing my main save. Dear god, I'm not even complaining about the save system with no autosaves as I've seen so many people complain about. LITERALLY ALL I WANT is to be able to show my family this game without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with savefiles.

Honestly it didn't meet my expectations. Probably not worth what I spent on it.

HOWEVER. It's still fun. Especially with friends. Don't expect it to be one of your most-played games.
