Para hacer la salsa, comenzamos picando la cebolla muy fina y pochándola en una sartén amplia con 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Dejamos que la cebolla se vaya haciendo a fuego muy lento y antes de que tome color, añadimos el pimentón dulce y el pimentón picante, mezclando bien con la cuchara.
