Hey Strider, hope you are doing well. I've wanted to write this for a while. You went offline for a few days and I wrote "rip" on your profile - at the time, it felt like a joke as you'd always be back on after a few days (usually a holiday, work, internet probs etc). Just a silly way of saying I was looking forward to having you back.

I've since removed that comment, it doesn't feel appropriate after knowing you haven't been online for many years. After seeing you gone on all social media, I know I won't get the chance to talk to you again - just hope whatever the case you are doing well.

I am happy to see the waves of support you have recieved on your steam page over the years.

You were always such an avid gamer that I have a really hard time believing there's no way you wouldn't have logged on at any time in these years on steam.. The fact that your facebook, email and other accounts have been abandoned for just as long makes the evidence overwhelming for me. I hold out some hope that you've been able to simply move on with your life and that you're really happy somewhere, but the facts don't seem to support that. You were one of the best friends I've ever had and I've never even met you in person. You were honestly the nicest person I've ever known, and I still think about our conversations often. We met when I was going through a really tough time in highschool and I'll always be greatful for the friendship that made the world of difference to me. RIP buddy.
