Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. Sscript has outstanding artistic or craft skills, bringing creativity and originality to the task. Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task.
