Blizzard killed the game

The game is great, runs great, gameplay is great, quick play is good for background play while listening to a video or podcast, the problem is the ranked system. as many others stated, NetEase implemented EOMM (Engagement Optimized Matchmaking) which means there is no balance, they just want you to keep playing. It's most notable when you're about to reach another rank - they give you the worst kind of scenarios to make it nearly impossible to win the match.
Eventually you will reach another rank, fall off, reach it again, once you are "settled" the same thing will happen again, and it will take quite a while for you to reach another higher rank (hence EOMM).

With that said, I can't stop playing it and love this game, way better than OW.

Got boring after more grinding updates that make no sense

Sorry but I can't really recommend this game in its current state.
I played it on launch day, lots of players, servers were so full that it resulted in shards crashing which is fine for a brand new MMO on release day.
As of now there is barely new content to enjoy. Yes, they provided updates but I wouldn't call them "major" like they do. Most of said updates are bug fixes and the major one was a new dungeon which is good but not what the players need at this point.
It's like there is a barrier on what they can achieve, for example, there is only 2 classes in this game. We were promised a third class that is nowhere to be seen. But even then that is only 3 classes.. A lot of empty spaces that could be used for more interesting quests than the ones we currently have.
The team behind Zenith seem to be more active on telling people that left a negative review that a new update will arrive soon. They have been saying this for quite a while and it's noticeable if you are a member of their Discord server.
A promising game that has love put into it but sadly is heading towards the wrong path with the lack of updates so far.
Also, being in early access doesn't justify the cost for a game that lacks content in many aspects.

Love the concept of the game but unfortunately cheaters ruin it. I keep finding them specially on team matches. It is very annoying to play a game that consists of mini-games with some idiots flying around thinking they're some kind of gods, and to make it worse we can't even properly report them. I mean seriously? report hackers via discord? it's 2020 dev team :l
Even with those major flaws, I still love the game it's fresh and unique something that the gaming industry needed. Cheers for the creators, and please keep updating it. we'll all appreciate it! <3
