Just to be clear this game is very fun and worth every penny. However, this game has a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. The fall damage is incredibly inconsistent; I have fallen 15-20ft and take little to no damage, but then die to falling 3ft off a rock. The rain on the tropics level happens way too often. I understand that this is supposed to be part of the challenge, however, it gets incredibly annoying after a few minutes of it raining every 15-30 seconds. The single player "offline" mode does not pause when you into the pause menu so be prepared to play until you reach the peak or die trying. Some of the items glitch out and disappear when you go to use them (the chain gun seems to do this the most). Very often when you or a friend die their items will glitch into a rock and you can not retrieve them. While these things have made me stop playing the game out of rage at times, the game is so well priced that you can't be too mad that it has it's bugs and quirks.

Such a breath of fresh air from the same mediocre formulaic garbage that AAA studios have been pushing out recently. The game is not even finished and I am finding it more fun than any other horror style game that I have played in a long time. The mod support is already insane, you can play this game practically however you want. The base game is a little too hard for my liking. The lack of inventory space makes big hauls very difficult if you do not have a full crew (I usually do not have full crew), and mods can fix this issue.
