We say "eh" a lot
Yea, so? Americans say "huh," Australians says "aye," etc. Every country has their version of "eh." We're sick of hearing about it. Let it go.
We live on a diet of back bacon and maple syrup

We only love the sport of hockey
While hockey is a part of our culture, we're also fans of basketball (which WE invented), lacrosse (which is actually our national sport), football, soccer, and curling.
It's wintertime 11 months of the year
OK officially winter is from December(ish) till March(ish) – that's four months people. We also have three other seasons, and summer can be scorching up here. Yep – our igloos melt and we live in actual houses during the warmer months!
We are really polite

We live amongst the polar bears
I have never seen a polar bear in my entire life except for at the zoo and that was in Florida. End of story.
We all know each other
"Oh you're from Canada? Do you know David Smith?" There are more than 33 million people who live in this great big country of ours, so no, the likelihood that I know David Smith is pretty slim.
