wow lol u kicked me from party bc I'm silver. I just picked this game back up 2 days ago and I'm actually doing pretty well. To fix your console in CS2 do this:
1. Close CS2.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<yoursteamid32>\730\local\cfg.
3. Open the file “cs2_machine_convars.vcfg” in Notepad.
4. Press “Ctrl+F” and type “panorama_console_position_and_size”, or simply “panorama” in the search bar, then press Enter.
5. change the values to “20.00|20.00|200.00|200.00” - erasing/replacing things like 'inf'
