I cannot fathom the overwhelmingly positive response to this game. The writing is terrible. It has no nuance and its filled with tropes and abundant logical inconsistencies. It frequently undermines its own tension by funneling the player into illogical situations. If this were a film it would be written off as bottom of the barrel TV trash. I feel like I've been gas lit for for the 6 years I've been waiting to play this.

I'm very surprised at the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this game. Don't get me wrong, it is the best iteration of Tetris available on PC at the moment. However, it has really terrible multiplayer integration for a game with connected in the title.

- I have had infrequent but regular crashing issues with this game.

- Cannot queue with friends for three player modes, meaning you can only play with AI filling your custom lobby.

- No party system means you need to remake the game every time you want to play a different mode with friends.

- Consistent disconnects when queuing for multiplayer modes, including zone battle and score attack.

- Free Tetris titles such as tetris.com and Tetris 99 offer modes unavailable in this premium product.
