I love this game so much. It's a great balance of interaction vs idle for me. There are different things to manage- the fishing, the sushi, the hatchery, the aquarium- but none of them are overwhelming. I can set stuff up and leave it for quite awhile and it'll run. Bait, sushi, and fish food do need replenishing but it doesn't feel like I'm constantly having to check it to keep things rolling. I also like that clicking or typing in general make fishing go faster, even if it's not your active window. I am catching so many fish right now lol.

My only complaint- most of the fish designs I've seen so far are very thoughtful about what they look like in real life but then a few are pretty generic. Especially the piranha- they can have such neat coloring and the sprite is just round and blue with teeth. But also it's a cute little idle game and not everyone is an annoying fish person like me, so I'll live lol.

I definitely recommend it, full price is totally fair.

I really enjoyed this game on PS4 so when it went on sale I decided to get it here too.

This port is unplayable. I couldn't actually get through the first menu to start a new game. Controller doesn't work and keyboard barely works. Maybe I could get it to work with extensive remapping? Maybe? Nothing I was trying was doing anything. Really disappointed.

I love this little game. I bought it on a whim and it continues to be really enjoyable, even after finishing the log. Gameplay is simple but it's perfect that way. There are a couple little annoying rng things but overall I really like the trial and error process and discovering new colors and patterns.

I also love being able to share and import fish from other players. I've been breeding neat fish to share with my friends. It's also a nice option if you hit a roadblock in getting a couple specific colors.

It's really relaxing to just watch the fish swim around while listening to the nature sounds, especially the rain. I definitely recommend this game as a way to sit and relax for awhile, as well as something you can dig into and focus on. Absolutely worth the price and then some. I've bought a couple copies for friends too.

I love this game. I hate this game. I've spent a lot of time doing missions with friends, exploring new planets, building cool bases, and having a great time. I have also spent time anguishing over one of my bases being repeatedly filled with terrain, or an update turning my favorite paradise planet into an ugly swamp, or the lack of quality of life improvements that desperately need to be made, or bugs just making things miserable in general.

It's tough because there are a lot of things to do and enjoy, but it's so easy for things to break or reveal themselves as unfulfilling. As soon as a new feature or idea is established it seems like they kind of fix it and then move on to add something else new. It would be great if they went back and made older features more stable or fleshed them out to have more depth before adding another cool idea.

I've spent a lot of time playing this game and will probably continue to do so. But I can't recommend it without warning. Every time I get back into playing it I love it and then remember why I abruptly stop playing for months at a time. If you're into exploring and base building it might be worth a shot if you're ready to deal with its flaws. I really love the lore and the story and I think if they spend more time improving existing features this game would be incredible. I don't know if that will happen. I hope one day I can turn this into a recommend, because I want this game to be as awesome as it has the potential to be.
