Should've just waited for warzone :(

From Software's best entry of late with a friendlier intro for many repeated character play-throughs but most importantly a vast open world. Not to be compared with other souls games directly, being a new IP its most similar to Dark Souls in many ways with slight variations with the big selling point being the vast openness that you will be coming back to with new discoveries.

The PC issues are obviously a downside especially for a game that requires every macro attention and as little input latency as possible. From constant stuttering to random frame drops during intense boss fights make it difficult to recommend this game to just anyone but its something to keep in mind as its a valid complaint to have.

TL;DR: Aside from the "technical hiccups", this game is From Software at their best and certainly meets the review scores that have been plastered around.

The game keeps forgetting to save 10/10

An unforgettable experience of sombre tone and aesthetic that is supported by a cast of outstanding talent. Kojima's attempt to engage the player in feeling every macro metre of weight that Sam must bare and in-turn becoming the character that learns to reconnect a broken nation is nothing short of a masterpiece. This game takes place in a dark future amidst a world that is inhabited by creatures known as "Beached Things", whom will stop at nothing to drag you to their world of suffering. You are inflicted with "DOOMS" which allows Sam to sense the invisible BTs, and reconnect America from the east to west coast. Walking is the piece de resistance, you'll either love it or hate it but keep in mind that this a different experience that is nothing innovating but worthy of your attention. If you love Kojima then this game is a MUST buy, if you are however interested in unique storytelling on-par with film then this will only be a treat.

TL;DR: A beautiful macabre and outlandish story by the amazing Kojima productions with support of 505 games to port this game and integrate new features that make this the definitive version of Death Stranding. (BUY IT NOW!)

The Half-life atmosphere is back! If not, better than ever. Although the game is stuck behind a VR only barrier; the core experience far exceeds its predecessors and by golly do the visuals look amazing. Valve did the right thing by making this VR only.

Mods are great.

Xen ok

No words to fully describe the mass potential this medium wields. A game(experience) that truly deserves attention for its ability to reveal ideas within our own society amidst a genre that is hard depict successfully. This game is a must play for people who are willing to shun away graphic content in favour to truly immerse themselves in a unique short story that is densely packed. Long story short; PLAY THE DAMN GAME!

Top notch, needs proper mouse support and more options in the graphics section but other than that this is a damn fine port
