USB Treiber werden nicht gefunden

Hi

Ich stecke mein USB ein oder mein Handy und mein Pc (Windows 7 Professionel Asus) will die Geräte Software instalieren und dann steht dort das keine Treiber gefunden wurden.Dann kann ich ja auch nicht mal das alles benutzen.
