This was so great. The optional missions seem to never end and can get repetitive, but the combat and customization is generally awesome, and Zack’s story is absolutely worth seeing.

Totally groovy

Man this is a lot more than I expected. Balances the RPG mechanics and actual fighting so much better than the original and most beat em’ ups with RPG mechanics in general. Visuals are amazing, the Scott Pilgrim energy is here in full force, and awesome music. This a full-ass and complete adventure.

Played enough of the server slam to know this ♥♥♥♥ rocks. UI is great and actually adds to the immersion rather than just being a sterile line of boxes. Anyone that says otherwise is a fat baby that can’t take 2 seconds to learn anything other than fat baby things.

Only just started, but this is definitely FFVII and definitely seems like a great version of it. I recently just finished the 2013 version, and just having the built in controller support alone on this one is an immediate plus. Everything else also points to it being the best version of the game.

Know they had that hiccup at launch but it was immediately patched, game runs super well now.

I just escorted Aerith to the slums, and this feels like a legendary project that lives up to the monument.

I’m astounded that they have somehow taken some of the best characters in video games and seemingly have made them BETTER. There’s so much depth to the dialogue interactions here, all perfectly within the character’s tones. And they could have messed it all up so easily with the wrong direction but it feels perfect.

The combat is a lot of fun, evokes the original’s ATB, and combined with the transcendent soundtrack that completely understood the assignment, has me yelling at my screen when my party pulls through.

The landscapes are gorgeous and also strongly evoke those beautiful backgrounds from the original.

It has an immense respect for the original while also understanding it itself must add more and be unique. They are two parts of a wonderful whole.

Unless something in this just bottoms out, this is going to be something I remember for the rest of my life. I cannot WAIT to get further and then in-turn to Rebirth.

An incredible adventure that distinguishes itself from other AAA games in quality and scope, all while being one of Indy's best rides. Top class.

AWESOME. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AWESOME. The base game is short so it could be a hard sell for some at the launch price. But damn if you're a T2 fan you gotta play this.

Edit : finding the game highly replayable too. Hard mode makes it much more interesting. LOVE this game.

The game is really fun, although a bit lacking in some areas. The combat system is great, but not taken advantage of very much. The boss battles also aren't very exciting.

Most importantly on a fixable front, there seems to be serious issues with the online play. Trying to play with a friend, and it was showing different characters than what they were playing as, along with a bunch of visual glitches. I even got a few crashes.

Still, I really like the game. It feels like it's right on the edge of greatness a lot of times, but doesn't really cross over. Still better than most though, and will be a great time with friends. If they decide to continue updating and improving it, it could be something really special.

Edit : They fixed the online as of 12/03, fast fix! Works great and really appreciate the crossplay. Also the more I play the game, the more I enjoy it. It’s great, so much fun with the characters.
