This game, is amazing, to put it simply. I have no bad comments about it except for the engine it runs on, which I'm certain is going to be fixed in the upcoming sequel. Gamemaker is a terrible engine for running such a great game, since it just can't handle the sort of stuff you can do in this. Deal too much damage? Crash. Open too many chests at once with fireworks? Crash. Fight the final boss and get to the 2nd phase? Sometimes crash. But besides that the game is amazing. It's fun to play alone and with friends if you're up for a fair challenge. I tend to play this game every now and then whenever I feel bored, or have some time to kill before I have to do something, because runs are fast win or lose if you play the game right. The only other small complaint I have is with item balancing. Some items and combinations are pretty much a the win button, and getting the artifact of command just promotes that more. I hope to see balancing in the next game, along with a more enjoyable experience all around without worrying about game crashes. And if the developers are somehow seeing this? Keep up the good work. This game rocks. This is a great game for players of all skill levels. It's fun for the new player first being introduced to the genre, and it's fun for the veteran who's been around for years. The difficulty of the game is up to how you play it. You can play with completely OP items that can make the game extremely easy, or you can play with only specific items to make the game nearly impossible to win. It's all up to you, and it's just an enjoyable experience for everyone.



Also just a tip, I reccomend playing singleplayer for a bit first, because a lot of good characters can't be unlocked on online or local multiplayer. (Specifically, Acrid and HAN-D, two of my favorite characters to use in the game)
