Or at least it was, until I found more people on my blocked list, this time changing my password and removing authenticator permissions from anywhere else. It was apparently from a csgo team voting scam called fiveteam, and MANY people were hit by it, mostly from trusted friends being used.

Anyone previously on my blocked list is now unblocked. I don't remember blocking anyone, but it's fixed now.
