Actually, dumbass, he is talking about a specific incident in Florida where an illegal immigrant from India that got his Commercial Drivers License (The thing you need to drive a semi truck), got hired by a company somehow (He didn't even speak or read English), then he made an illegal U-Turn on I-95 and killed a family.
