Great game, loved the story, loved the gameplay loop.
I hope they add more content to the Endless Tower that really challenge the limit of your build and that require actual thought to your team comp, at the moment just make a hyper carry and 1 shot anything.

My only criticism is the Lumina system. It should fundamentally be different, being able to invest all my Lumina into 1 character without restriction means that there is no teamplay aspect or strategy and is the most efficient MinMax.
I want a challenging experience without having to self impose the challenge by restricting the tools at my disposal.
I was playing on Expert to clarify

The damage cap in the first 2 acts where the most challenging part of the game (which I enjoyed immensely) because im a filthy MinMaxxer I didn't even get to see most of the Cool Bosses move set, not like a single move: Clea Paintress Renoir Even Simon, all I had to do is survive 1 turn then the next turn he is dead

Also supports feel kinda underwhelming, since they need Speed to act, but support builds seem to Favour Health/Defense.

Now in a perfect world my suggestion would have been to make Lumina rarer, and using Lumina upgrades all of your party's Lumina. Then also have a Cap on Lumina that you can increase by defeating the Big Bad Bosses.

For the bosses they need like semi phases, like they can only take 1/3 of their health and then they do a move you have to react to or something.


So in conclussion I love the game, but I wish there was a way for a real challenge without making the restrictions myself.

Monster Hunter Worlds is better atm.
Game is too easy, this is due to the palico's being overtuned, focus mode also feels really good but makes GS a nuke and being able to use the Seikret in combat is way to OP imo. With the Seikret you have a get out of jail free card. You can heal while riding, sharpen while riding, call him while you just got your brains blown out then heal to full. Just make it so the Seikret is too scared to pick you up mid combat against stronger monsters. I am HR 80 and failed 0 missions, completed all content and it only felt like a fun challenge when I made my Palico stay at base and forced myself to not use Seikret.

Excellent game, just change the gore setting to be inverted or clarify with a tooltip. I and many other turned it on thinking we will see gore not censor it.

But on the real. This game makes game makes my juicer Malphited out the wazoo, addictive, fun and like man like yo like man it's hard to explain like bro man. This game do be scratching my itch for a good game with a theme i'm into. I recently discovered my inner self. My inner self loves games that
1. Is Fast Paced.
2. Is fun.
3. Is difficult.

FFD for short. Remember kids FFD is the way to go.

Oh also made by good developers. Triple A gaming is dead. 1% of big companies care about making a good game. The other 99% wants to milk your wallet for all it has as fast and effortless as possible.

Its one of the best expansions for a game i've ever played. Please don't even bother looking at negative reviews, they all say these same things:

Bad port
Bad connectivity
Game too hard (Soy boys)
And Game crashes

These are all either their fault or has been patched. If the game crashes because of DX12 just switch it to DX11 (It is DX11 by default and yet they still complain)
