This game deserves more attention, More Mods, More players, More of everything. A major issue I have with the game is the gameplay loop gets a little repetitive especially during the later stages of a run but overall it's still a fun game to play and a unique take on the genre.

Underrated game

While I will admit I don't have the most powerful PC and the game is a neat idea the game also takes up a suspicious amount of CPU percentage for how seemingly simple the game is taking almost 30% of my total CPU. Either the game is extremely poorly optimized or it's mining crypto.

I can't tell if I love or hate this game anymore because it does so much wrong like matchmaking and balancing but it does stuff well too like how much you can customize and tweak your builds. If I could put a review for this game between not recommended and recommended I would. Could use major updates and quality of life stuff but it's very unlikely at this point. Avoid this game unless you're really into slower mech combat games or just very used to somewhat unfair feeling PvP games

This game is pretty good and this is coming from a guy that doesn't really care about V-Tubers

Also I was surprised that my Itch.io data was carried over to the steam version.

The only thing I really don't like is the game has a lot of visual clutter making enemies and projectiles very easy to lose in the chaos making trying to dodge everything 3x harder

A hidden gem of a game

This game is an un-optimized and slightly buggy feeling nightmare but it's still a rather fun Mechwarrior game. The main thing that bumps this game up is the usually simple modding, either install some mods from one click on the steam workshop or slap a few files directly into the easy to access mod folder and this whole game gets a lot more stuff to mess around with and sometimes even completely changes the game. This game feels more like a sandbox with a story slapped on in a good way.

My main gripe with the game is that the DLC is rather expensive being $15 or $20 for a game that's already $30. If you want any or all of the DLC wait for them to be on sale and consider the bundle since buying them all individually at full price will cost an arm and a leg.
