Best game but boy do i hate every part of it :)

Enjoying the game a lot so far, the graphics are great, there is a big variation of enemies and weapons, the atmosphere and sounds are really good too! So i got this game for a friend as a gift and he has no sound... He can't hear anything from the game, he can't hear anything in the main menu or while playing through the game... We looked online to find a fix for it but it seems not a lot of people have this issue so not a lot of solutions were present. We tried every single one yet nothing changed, and i believe that such an issue would be no big problem for the company to fix it on the next updates... But it seems that this issue was present since about a month ago where a big update happened and the game had in game voice chat available but since then quite a few people had the same bug as my friend does... Hope it gets fixed fast!
