This game included my favorite character Beast Gohan, besides that I like almost nothing about this game. The destruction is lacking. The camera does a horrible job. The mechanics feel bad. The fighting is exactly the same for every character, every move is exactly the same. Every match is exactly the same. It feels like the made one character then reskinned it. The inclusion of 29 Gokus to flesh out the roaster feels like a scam. There's no flow or fun to the combat. Theres literally no content in this game.

Fixing this Fkin launcher. Why do I have to restart this app 8 times before it works? It took 12 minutes of messing with before I got a match started.

This doesnt feel like dogma at all.

I dont like the movement style. Its like gta with dedicated footsteps. You cant spin in a circle.

Something about the combat feels off, like not rewarding and theres no impact behind things.

the intro to the game just feels like a mess, characters still feel like a mess, dialog is a drag. This does feel like all the worst things from the first game but with an overloaded modernized graphics and world thats just entirely not needed. The core gameplay missing to me. I might refund, theres just something serious off about this experience thats making it an unfun and uninteresting drag rather than the original beautiful art and storytelling of the first game and the first games amazing combat and overall gameplay. I feel like what Im looking at here is just not original and feels clunky and messy. For some reason what I'm playing doesnt look anything like trailer footage or reviews.

I was very hype, Ill be giving it more time to see but right now I really dont feel good about this.

It's good

With some balancing and bug work this can be a really fun game.

The damage needs balancing.
The assault rifle dominates in dps versus nearly every of weapon type. You should be rewarded by using slower weapons like a revolver or DMR but not here.
Fodder are extremely easy yet boss rooms are overwehlming.
One boss used a random barrage of lightning while his critical weakspot was revealed and this light barrage one shot me three times in a room without any indication I was standing in it's target.
Textures failed to load all over the place throughout the campaign I played. I was often looking at a "distance" version of a texture rather than it's full resolution.
I was constantly walking into invisible walls that could not be shot through in levels.
Lots of environmental items were floating off the ground.

Final verdict:
The game play loop here is overall fun. I would play this game. In it's current state it's not that great. It seriously needs balancing in weapon damage and enemy damage and boss damage. It goes from very easy to very punishing very fast and this game doesn't have great sound effects or indications for what is hurting you and from where.

Wanted to like it but I can't stand it.

Theres a handful off things popularized by other games in the fps genre this game has so I can't blame it for having those but I will list them later.

First this game is full of bugs. The graphics are a total mess. Theres such a lack of players the matches are vacant and boring. The gameplay loop is very shin besides gunfights. The horror element of the game is lost in the first couple hours of playing. The only thing that will scare you is the constantly instant death from pvp.

The games pvp is set up in a very pubg-ish way but without any accommodations like hit markers or a minimap with highlighted gun fire. I do like the more hardcore approach to this horror adapted battle royale. What ruins it is the aforementioned mechanics from popular fps. The stamina bar thats totally pointless. The slow guns that are all essentially just three guns. A pistol, a rifle, and a shotgun.

I loved the old guns in BF1, I despise it here.

Pve is also a mess where you swing weapons so slowly and that drain your stamina bar so heavily against zombie dogs that can out maneuver you and cause more damage than you can easily overwhelm can kill you and which also roam the streets in packs all over the place.

I love the concept and setting of this game, the attention to detail in some areas is unmissable but is a joke compare to the total lack of oversight in so many other areas of this game.

Weapon sway makes aiming guns near impossible while dealing with the insane time spent reloading. Also you must manually use the reload key or else aim you gun while clicking at the enemy.

The dedication to making this the most annoying game is about as dedicated this game is to making a low effort platform to sell skins on.

This game isn't balanced or optimized.

No matter the hardware or settings you will see pretty nasty frame drops.
3090 @ 1440p 144hz and I drop 10fps every three seconds.
Frame drops give jarring visual backtracking that gives me a headache.

From levels 1-12
Killing ANY mod nets you +2XP
Collecting honey for a quest nets you +1682XP

Further no reward for killing mobs, during a quest where you must kill undead with explosive barrels no mobs give any XP including a boss mob at the end. No XP for any kill in this quest.

I can't explain why this game does not want you fighting mods. The game discourages you from fighting anything that is not related to a quest, and as all MMOs the quests are drab.

I really want to like this game but there's no ingame community either. No one speaks, the game is bull of nothing bots spamming website links.

Lost Ark is heavily borrowing from Korean MMO MU Online which I like a lot. I've been a fan of the various ports of that game for the last decade. LA has very good combat and very good animations. The voice acting is a nice touch and I overall like the world and it's mobs. The class system feels like it's still getting fleshed out but overall I like it. I put my first complaints first because I believe they royally mess up this game for me.
