Discovered this game after the disappointment of The Last of Us (mainly gameplay wise) and fell in love quickly! Story is pretty good as well. It reminds me a bit off of State of Decay and GTA combined.

The core game play is solid, and I like it a lot. When this game has finished its development I have no doubt it will be a great game. However, as many already said, it should have been released as early access/beta. Or, the updates should be a lot more frequent. (It's irrelevant if this is caused by slower console update/patch cycles).

The only thing I really find unacceptable is the lack of a simple text chat. No server browser and walking to the damn eggbeater is annoying, but not a concern (yet). However the fixed 5 waves game lenght got stale quick.

Overall, if you like KF1 & KF2, and trust Tripwire to deliver a polished game in the end, I would say have no worries. I think there is enough discussion and perspectives online to make up your own mind after playing a couple of rounds before the 2 hour Steam refund is expired.

The campaign is as awesome as everyone says, but the Multi Player part of this game is better and more fun than most realize.

Since I play this game I always wear way to warm clothes when I go outside.

Never loved and hated a game so much at the same time.
But trying to keep calm and secure that chicken dinner,
keeps me comming back for more.

Big, complex, unlimeted, pretty, addictive, vivacious, funny, absolutely awesome.

If you like The Walking Dead tv series, you will absolutely like this game. I am a FPS gamer, never the less I loved to play this.

+ Good story.
+ Game makes you feel involved, makes you feel important.
+ Makes you cry if you have a heart and the empathy.
+ Solid 15 hours gameplay.

- No full resolution on mac.

Never had more fun playing a online game then I had with Quake 4.
Played it more then 1000 hours, so don't judge this review by my
"hours on record" on Steam.

The solo "campaign" is very solid as well, but the MP did it for me.

I've played alot of Q3 as well, but I like Q4 MP a lot more. I know most
people will not agree with me on this, but the little less fast action
(it's still fast as sh*t) made me play it more tactical.

I never used my hearing so much in a MP game.
50% of the kills where based on hearing where footsteps/jumping/shooting
sounds came from. I'm not saying it has the most realistic audio/accoustic
engine. But it sure as hell makes u to use it if u want to have a benefit.

Oh, and I also love the crouch sliding.

Fun game to waste some hours!
