SMAC SourceMod Anti-Cheat is running on the server. It checks for scripts and other spam commands from players, even scripts on the mouse; if necessary, it kicks the player.

Hello, on easy and normal difficulty levels you can't enter the server, so the @ connect @ command won't work, server will simply ban you for frequent connections. You can create a game using the @ mm_dedicated_force_servers @ command on master/expert/cooperative mode, selecting the @ best available dedicated @ in the menu item.
