Amazing new start for the series with a great story

Very fun roguelite with a superb storytelling for its genre

The combat feels very smooth and enjoyable and the gameplay loop is greatly enhanced by the high-quality art direction of the game, including character design and voice acting.
If you are a fan of the genre, this game is a must play and totally worth buying.

If I were to improve something from the game, it would be the power-up pool. Even though the amount of boons in the game is in a good shape, at some point it becomes a little monotonous (or maybe it's just me), it would be a great improvement if more powers were to be added to create a greater amount of combinations to make each run even more exciting.
Also, more achievements would be good.
