How do I stop playing

Game is amazing has a decently long playthrough for 20$ but could certainly use some updates (as it will get since ya know its early access) But here are some things I would like to see, more ways to keep playing once u beat all the bosses, new maps (maybe even an option for procedurally generated maps) and possibly even custom gamemodes that arent just the normal game, and also if ever possible Steam Workshop support, but other than that great game def worth 20$ and honestly even when it goes up in price it will probably still be worth it!

I wish steam had a Mixed option instead of just Yes or no because after 768 hours (Currently) I can very heavily say this game is a maybe, Do I enjoy the game? Yes, but that doesnt mean its a good game its quite far from it Dead by Daylight is a mess the core gameplay is really fun especially with friends but the issue is with game balancing and the devs just not listening and caring about the community that makes them there money, they only care about making new sources of income (New chapters, new cosmetics) when they really just need an update to fix all the bugs/issues and rebalance alot of the game but besides all of that if you are looking at this game and it looks at all interesing I do recommend buying it (not for full price though) and playing it can be good fun here and there but I recommend against putting hundreds of hours in the game like me all it brings it toxicity and anger

Update: I stopped playing this game awhile ago now as the game got really stale and the little amount of content being added and little amount of actually unique events makes the game super boring to check out even if you haven't played in like a year you will get on see the same 3 killers and meta and get bored after one match and get off, I personally do not recommend getting into this game anymore with its current state.

Update 2: Alright so its been over 500 hours and a few years since my last update and I gotta say this game is in a lot of a healthier state, fun new events on the regular, lots of balance adjustments and by all means its not everything is balanced but its a lot better as of 6-29-25 I would recommend this game but I will issue a fair warning that its SUPER hard to get into as a new player with just the sheer amount of Survivors, Killers, Perks, Add ons, Items, Maps all changing how a match is played but once you get the hang of it playing with friends can be a blast

Really short amazing fun, makes me wish Portal 3 would actually come out ;-;

After playing 40ish hours of this game I have officially beaten every in game challenge and unlocked every content shop reward (except LZ Answerer) and I gotta say really solid game, storywise it was alright but I loved the main 4 villains they were all really well done and the gameplay felt really fun it was a bit short I think my first run was 8-9 hours but it has alot of replayability as you can tell by my 40 hours I was able to get alot out of it definitely cant wait for the dlc to come out
