TLDR: Its a massive ubgrade to the first game with everything ubdated and you dont need to play the first one to enjoy this one.

After few hours with this game and completing the intro sequence getting myself into the open world and experiencing it for the first time i can safely say the game has improved from the first one.

With combat being a big improvement from the first one, it no longer feels janky as it did in the first one simplifying its core while retaining the difficulty by adding something new and intresting and removing something old and annoying the combat now revolves around the players input instead of tapping Q and killing your opponent instantly, you now can clash with your opponent in the form of riposte and trying to hit them with your master strike which is high risk high reward with devastating damage.

Henry feels a lot more experienced in everything he does as well from talking to other people to using things to his advantage since the first game he learned a lot and this game shows it well.

Movement feels more fluid and responsive, weapon handling like sheathing and such are faster and less tedious, vaulting over obstacles is fast and fluid and riding a horse is softer on the controls and the horse is more responsive.

Mutt your trusty companion while remaining roughly the same he is still your best friend and you can order him to attack the person you are looking at.

The graphics also went through a substantial ubgrade with everything on Ultra settings the game looks absolutely stunning with the vegetation, cities, and the beautiful castles in the distance or upclose the game feels more immersive than ever.

The sound design feels realistic with birds and trees whistling in the winds, the cities bustling with life or Villages full of chatter, you armor clinks and clanks when you have it on depending on what type and how much you have on yourself the sound will be different the terrain changes your sounds too and so does rain as you can hear the rain tap on your armor as it falls.

The map looks and feels big filled with quests and intersting POIs while remaining unintrusive to the players exploration.

I recommend this game to people who enjoy medieval setting and like a bit of realism added to it (there is no magic !)

i didnt play it that much because of my pc the game is now dead and i must say hats off old friend rest in piece

its a good game i picked up when i was smaller it has pretty good graphics but many thing could be improved but in general great game to play and relax yourself with
