Not super long, took me about an hour to complete but it's a really fun little game with some cool mechanics and definitely worth the price

I never really got into the original Half-Life games because I just couldn't engage with the gameplay and the story. However, seeing as this is a VR game I thought that I would be able to enjoy it the same way that I enjoyed Stress Level Zero's Boneworks. However, I enjoyed it so much more. Don't get my wrong, Boneworks is one of my all-time favorite games, but HL:A is a tier above. The story is engaging, the gunplay is satisfying, progression is meaningful andthe graphics are absolutely breathtaking and it runs surprisingly well considering this (OG Rift runs perfect at max settings with a R7 3700X and 2070S).

I normally hate paying full price for games and always wait for them to go at least 50% off, but HL:A is an exception and was well worth the 60$. It's not extremely long at ~10 hours but unlike certain games released these days nothing in the game feels like it takes longer than it should and the pacing is done super well.

a true artful and historically accurate representation of the 1500s. A time with war and peace is encapsulated within the fictional borders of this work of art. That's right, it's not just a game, it's a work of art that you can thoroughly experience, there is no flaws with this piece of art. This game brought tears to my eyes.
