played quite a few hours before the Simulator update, and after the update i'm pretty blown away. A truly great VR experience (I assume great on flatscreen aswell). not many games can keep me immersed for hours, which this game does with ease. Definitely one of my favorite games in my library.

cons are, it's super tedious to have to hop out and scout the path ahead for speed limits. More sineage about what the next speed limit is and the distance, or markings on the map (could be highlighted paths, could just be small numbers) would make my experience in the game way better, and the vr has some weird.... jello-ey effect when moving past an object. Super weird.

Genuinely one of the most fun games i've played. Just blitzed through it in one sitting.

In game graphics/visualizations are phenomenal, just something about the fluidity of the swam that rubs me right. Voice acting is well above what i'd expect. In game cinematics are.... strange. Not offputting or anything, just a weird way of movement.

Very engrossing story with some very simple dialog choices that have minor result on the story

Very hopeful that there is more to come, well worth every penny.

Through a cursory glance at the store page I thought this was just another colony builder, boy am I thankful I gave this a try.

Never did I expect to play a colony builder that actually gripped me emotionally, fostered a sense of cautious mystery that had me genuinely excited to explore the planet. I recommend this game whole heartedly.

Very enjoyable title. Story isn't bad (so far,-- not finished with the game yet) and the mechanics mostly work as expected. Kinda hard to guess when exactly an enemy will actually see you but that's not really a bad thing.

I recommend picking it up, especially if it's on sale. I've enjoyed this more than most VR titles out there.

A delightful physics based game where satisfying destruction is a means to an end

Was unsure of purchasing after seeing a couple whiny negative reviews but I am really blown away.

I normally really don't like text driven games like this but I was very pleasantly surprised by immediately getting hooked deep by the prologue and never once losing enthusiasm when I binged the game in it's current entirety in 15 hours.

Really beautiful visuals and very intuitive space combat, striking a perfect balance between complex and tedious by giving you the option of how you want to load out your ship to balance all the different costs and abilities.

I can't wait for more bamboozles, laughs, and mouse-clenching gameplay.

Used to be an example of what game studios should strive for.

They sold out, cut linux support, and now require creating an Epic account to even play.

This game is no longer worth your time.

The game has been updated a decent amount. Freezes are uncommon. Loading times have dropped. Performance has improved. They have made moves towards VR integration.

I am now very happy with this game and can with confidence, recommend it to any friend who has any interest at all in flight. Some sort of story tycoon mode would be fantastic, but that's a hole that's already been filled by (overpriced) mods.

I really, really wanna love this game. It's so much fun and got-dang pretty once you're cruising.

Unfortunately some things make it impossible to love, like long load times that make GTA V look fast, frequent crashes that make my wife's driving look good, and freezes so frequent and long you need to keep the tap running so your pipes don't freeze.

I like playing it. But as it is right now, it is not the stress-relieving game I was hoping it'd be.
