Hey there I'm Rjen! I sometimes moderate for RetroServers, please don't come here complaining if you got muted or got issued a ban in the rare cause I see you doing something when I hop on every 2 decades, It's not going to make anything better. I'm not the most emotionally stable person but that doesn't mean I'm easy to trigger, don't try it, I'm more than used to it at this point. I spend most of my time playing Tf2 on my free time, you'll usually see me with my wife Emily as she's usually the only one I feel comfortable playing with. I can be very awkward and shy depending on how we met, if you came off as a cool person then I'll usually have no problems with you. Overall I'm a pretty chill person but if you mess with people I consider friends/close friends then we're going to have problems.

I worked as a telecommunications engineer for the government and dedicated some of my time to programming and electrical engineering.

Issues
I have been diagnosed with mild depression as of my latest check up (May 17, 2019), This still holds a very annoying place in my life even in 2025 and it's been very difficult for me push past certain things. I do however have amazing friends who have helped me along the way and I will forever be thankful for them.

Don't worry, I don't beg or scream for attention like I've seen a few people do on here and I'll save you the sob story. This is just here for friends that have asked and/or people who genuinely care.

Notable people in my life

Emily is my amazing and precious wife whom I do literally almost everything with. There's a lot I can say about her and she means the world to me and yes, we are married in real life and not just on the internet as furries. You've done so damn much for me that I'm honestly not sure how to thank you. Not only did you put up with my bs mood swings and waves of depression, you stood by my side through them. You sure as hell are one special person in my life and are one of the main reasons I wanted to get better. In short, you saved my life, that's not an overstatement. You stopped me from pulling the trigger multiple times and I owe you my life for that. Thank you. (If you're seeing this I love you Emily, keep being the amazing person you are. I know you check here every once in a while :P)

Athrasill one of my best friends that I honestly love and cherish. He has gone through hell and back but still keeps holding on and going forward like the trooper he is. Even though I struggle with showing it I really appreciate everything you've done for me, not matter how "little" or big you may consider it. You've been a blast to be around and I hope to keep that going for at least a little while longer until I know you will be 100% in the clear and happy. Meeting you is one of the things I don't regret life shoving me face first into. You have great skill sets and are actually a blast to chat with on the daily. I'm super glad you're still around and that you continue giving me the chance to be your friend. I can't speak for everyone but once again, I love you man, you're a brother to me.
