It seems like it has a lot of potential to be fun but something with the motion caused me to feel motion sickness pretty quickly.

If you answered yes to these questions, then get this game and play with your friends. I've played exclusively solo and really enjoyed my time. Some of the builds feel out of balance but that's what early access is for and the devs seem to be good devs.

God I hate forced PVP games.

I used to play beat saber a decent amount but after this new "anti-mod" update, I probably won't be back. The custom songs are where it's at with this game. If I can't get interesting new songs then I have no interest in this game. The songs from the developer are overrated and quickly get boring. Instead of Beat Saber. Look at Pistol Whip.

Honestly, I'm not sure what negative thing I could say about this game. I've played this game for over 2k hours and I'll still come back to it to play with friends. The devs are overwhelmingly receptive to the community in the best of ways. I highly highly recommend Terraria to play.

This game could be really fun, but there's so many griefers that you can't dock without something happening to you or your ship. I wish I didn't have to play with other non friend players. It takes so much away from this game.

Came back to this game because some aspects are fun, but again the people who just pick on players ruins it. This game is absolutely garbage until it becomes PVE.

Still about the same, but worse due to the excessive amount of people who still make the game toxic. Tried playing some more and most times and any progress I've made quickly gets erased as someone sails up on my ship and blows me out of the water without any way to really get away without pulling insane maneuvers. On top of that, the game is now sometimes telling me the server is unavailable when the online server status says it online still.

The community is toxic to the point that when someone expresses their wish that the game were a PVE on the online suggestion box, you immediately get jumped on by the players who actively roam around making the game completely unplayable.

If this game is on sale for $10, then sure get it. We've enjoyed a lot of what we've played so far. Though the game itself is very VERY unpolished with a plethora of network issues when playing with friends, objects clipping into the terrain in weird ways, bodies literally floating into the sky after they're killed, and sometimes a super grind fest just to name a few issues we've seen. Definitely NOT WORTH the full price in its current state, but fun if you can get it on sale.

If you want a game that will give you frustration as it has become just some kind of cash cow for a company, this game is for you. The community is toxic. There is little to no evolution to the game, and it just feels like a game that should have been sold for $15 tops. The games consist of joining with a squad of probably A-holes who take this game far to seriously or if you want to not deal with that, spawning completely alone and putting yourself at a major disadvantage. I'm reporting hackers who clearly have magic bullets almost daily at this point. Now I know some people may think that I'm just complaining, but on the hacker front, I am getting feedback of 90% of these reports resulting in bans. That has to tell you about the ethical standards of the company running the server, but at the end of the day, it's just the initial money they get from the purchase. It goes to show that they don't care about their players. If you want to enjoy a game like this, I recommend looking somewhere else and punishing a company that clearly should just let this game die so maybe some good can come from it.

I've really enjoyed this game so far. It's like the Binding of Issac, Rogue Legacy, and Azure Dreams all had a weird baby and named it moonlighter. Once I got used to the controls they weren't any problem. It's relatively cheap and worth it I would say. If I had to have a criticism for it, I would say the ending was kinda meh. Other than that I would really recommend this game to anyone who wants to play a fun little game.
