This is what a real masterpiece should be and is like!
of all the games i have, this and last light (sequel) are the number 1's on my list! (of favorite games)

So? what is Metro 2033 if you may ask. (SPOILERS AHEAD)

Metro 2033 is a post apocalyptic action fps, which combines horror survival with fps (which in my opinion os a good combination). in 2013 the whole world got destroyed by a nuclear holocaust killing almost the entire mankind and turning earth in a wasteland. Many people in russia escaped into the metro and survived. The year is 2033. The humans are living in the metro, struggling for survival, against the mutants. and the horrors that wait outside the metro, You play as Artyom born 4 years before the world was destroyed, but raised and grown up in the metros, Artyom never got outside the metro station VDNCh, but one day a guy named hunter appears and gives you a quest, so dangerous and desperate, to save mankinds hope, but from what? to warn them from a threat that may destroy mankind. Unfortunately, Hunter dies (not canon and im not sure what his fate is) and you venture, in the metro and also outside in the surface where your choices and moves determine mankinds only hope...

Metro 2033 is a VERY atmospheric but at the same time exciting and scary. Sometimes you get very scared when you're alone in the metro, with only a weapon, some ammo, a pistol and a knife. You wonder what to do? well it's up to you to decide. Through the game you meet new threats, from nazis to communists, to mutants and the feared Dark ones. when you're somewhere near the factions, you can choose to go all loud, and die like any other fool in the metro, or to prove your ninja skills and stealth through the entire map (that means no killing) you can try to stealth kill, but the stealth is broken and the one who dies alerts the whole map. You will meet exciting characters through the game, some good some not. from zhenya (eugene) to bourbon, to pavel, to uhlman and to melnik (miller) and more! sometimes when you're in the metro stations, they make you fell that you are in the metro itself, with bars, shops, markets, guitarists and more! also the currency in this game is ''Military grade rounds'' (MGR) they're pretty rare and you can use them to the assault rifles, but i would recommend to save them later for ammo weapons nades and upgraded weapons

- stealth is broken (you must only sneak, no killing)
- the librarians are also broken for me (not sure if a bug or not)

this game is a must buy!

saw a starved cannibal running against me. I ran like there's no tommorrow. It came closer to me, it was dark and i could barely see ♥♥♥♥ in the forest. BUT...... I SAW SOMETHING!?!?. I thought it was a deer. too bad it was a starving cannibal. Jumped infront of me and i got scared so i closed the game and stopped playing in days

12/10 would get jumpscared again

ok now to the serious review...

The forest is a first person survival horror game. it delivers many unique things for each uppdate. like multiplayer och more animals. This game is not like any other survival game i have ever seen. I have always dreamed for a awesome realistic looking survival game, not like minecraft. and i there was The forest. When Endnight games showed their game at 2013. i was pretty interested, my dream became true. I was waiting for it to come out. and i waited for a long time. this game have delivered many things towards it, and they added a little bit horror so the game became more interesting. what i want more from this is to be able to craft weapons like spears and knives and maybe even some sword/machete looking weapon. so far Endnight games have been succeding from their game, and the best part is that they add more and awesome options and things for each update. I rate it a honest 8.5/10

THIS IS FOR THE LAZY READERS

gameplay= Amazing

graphics= The lightning, water and other stuff is good. Though the textures are 7/10

Enemies/AI'S= many unique types of enemies. Which adds more difficulty to the game than just typical cannibals.

weapons= not a large selection, but the weapons are ok.

nature/enviroment= a beautiful nature. with animals and beaches.

misc= you can uppgrade weapons which is awesome and there is a survival guide book which help begginers to understand the game.

this game is awesome, its a good blend between teamwork and skill, also its a competetive game. its hard to master but still a very good game. i rate it 9.1/10

APB:reloaded.... i simply dont like this game, everything, EXACTLY everithing MUST BE PAY2WIN, also the missions are bad. this is my personal opinion btw... if you like open world but hate p2w (pay2win) then simply dont download this game.
