Environment looks phenomenal, puzzles in it aren't too complicated once you stop overthinking it, entities are plenty spooky when encountered, and levels are well designed.
Only issues encountered are some lag/rubberbanding in multiplayer, but it may be due to host connection; some odd collision/invisible walls rarely, and that at times sanity seems to drop almost too fast.
Solid game nonetheless
11/10 best backrooms game out there.

Spent 5-10 minutes creating a character in the hopes to play as a apocalypse wild west gunslinger, walked out of room and pressed key to pick up Pipboy from wall, then the game froze and crashed, within 2 minutes after creating my character,

10/10 would waste time creating another character just to hit something Bethesda is legendary for, game crashing bugs.

I also have 50-100 hours of gameplay on Bethesda's launcher on a character that survived Bethesda's bugs.

Serious Sam 2's appearance doesn't match the previous games appearance at all, its design/gameplay is similar still.
Multiplayer is buggy as heck.
Still fun with friends.

Built a spaceship and crashed it into an asteroid.
