Games fun, end game maps are boring as hell, but story is worth playing through a few times

Another great expansion. Starts slow like they always do, maybe slower than we're used to lately as it has to do a lot more world building. Halfway through the story it hits its straps and doesn't stop until the end. All content bar one trial can be played with a party of NPCs so the game can almost entirely be enjoyed alone. They just need to add NPCs as a party top-up to allow smaller friend parties to play along. Cannot wait to see where the post story content takes us next.

Valve giving unconditional refunds got Sony to change their minds real quick. Game is good again.

Games fun as hell, negative review though just because every couple of days it drops my character and I have to start again. Map is still unlocked but everything else is fresh.

Gameplay is fun,
Story is like a poorly translated fanfic.
No server transfers, no way to return items used or play with friends makes this awful.
Servers are being locked rapidly, the server I am on was at capacity before launch, so I either lose my founders pack and time spent or don't play with anyone i know. To add to this I cannot play with them now either as half of them are now in another locked server with the remainder waiting, wondering what to do.

The Dev response to this problem:
We definitely hear and understand the requests for a server transfer feature. However, as the feature does not currently permanently exist in any version of Lost Ark, this is not something we have the ability to implement immediately and we will have to work through possibilities for with Smilegate RPG.

Current state = not good.

Basic sliders for NSFW content, basic scene no camera control.

Space shooter, is like a dumbed-down unfailable twinstick game, think geometry wars but instead of shapes and being awesome it's ♥♥♥♥-rockets and basic.

The grid combat is the worst version of FF tactics I've ever come across, flat 2D map, randomly spawning enemies that all get 1 or 2 shot, no tactics involved.

Ship movement is clicking on the room you want and looking at a basic 2D image with 1 or 2 things.

There's currently about 2 hours of content currently at best, I've stretched it out by afking for some time and smashing a couple out because, well, when in rome.

I'd honestly wait for a sale, but its still a yes.

-Great character interaction,
-The game looks incredible,
-its fun and immersive,
-quick murder quests for the cops are a treat.

-Bugs, so many bugs. Most aren't gamebreaking but they are very annoying. My penis keeps falling through my pants. I keep walking slow behind people im trying to follow, struggling to get past only to glitch through them and forward a few meters and die from 'falling' not unlike the witcher when slipping off ledges.
-the crowds in night city, just the same 20 people copy, pasta.
-Next to no romance options, for a straight male you're limited to a ♥♥♥♥♥, a sexy ass nomad once and some old woman who you owe for giving you int you never needed.
-calling your car is the same as calling your horse in the witcher, oh you're on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ roof, cheers.
-main story is short, empty. The dialog is forced and doesn't flow well. They make up for this with quite extensive side quests, that actually make the game.

It is fun, I am involved and having fun but damn man there are so many issues you just can't look past.

Chill out on the couch and enjoy a large open world and rich story. Highly recommend a controller and pretending you're a console peasant for a little while.

Ihave been a part of the bring Catherine to PC group since 2011.

This game is my favourite game of the PS3 era and a must play.

I played through this game in one sitting and had a mate sit and watch the entire thing, both captivated and engrossed.

The puzzling block climbing is surprisingly complex and exhilerating.

The yarns in the bar, the story and the atmosphere are relatable.

Making choices based on how you would irl is a fun way to play.

It is enjoyable and has a high level or replayability.

UPDATE!

The game is now live, I'm 100 hours in and am still playing it and hyped for release. This is all of the good parts of harvest moon and rune factory put together. It is a grind fest, but it has atmosphere and the graphics are beautiful.

There are still minor bugs and weird walls/trees you can climb up/ walka round but they're all minor and don't impact the game.

Quirky, fun characters and an in-depth relationship model, that includes children and divorce.

Early Access:

This game looks amazing and runs beautifully.

The devs are incredibly responsive and active.

Controls are simple.

Combat is the standout part of the game, fun, fast and quite difficult, especially if you try to take on too many enemies at once.

The controls are simple, the camera is perfect.

I bought this even after reading negative reviews and am pleasantly surprised that they are all wrong. This game is flawless, you'd be forgiven for thinking this was the full release.
